🛒 Orders & Pre-Orders

Q: Are all products on pre-order?
Yes! This first capsule is available for pre-order only. This means we collect orders first, then fulfil them in line with the Cape Town Marathon timeline.

Q: When do pre-orders close?
Pre-orders for Drop 1 close on 30 September 2025, or when the items sell out.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

Q: How will I get my order?
For this first drop, there are no shipping fees. All pre-orders will be delivered in Cape Town during the Marathon weekend period (16–25 October 2025).

Q: Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes, for customers outside Cape Town, orders will be shipped nationwide. Shipping timelines will be confirmed once pre-orders close.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
For now, we’re focusing on South Africa. If you’re elsewhere, drop us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.

📦 Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know my size?

Please refer to each product for its relevant size information.

No, each capsule is a limited drop. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Future drops will include different colourways and products.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and EFT (for hand deliveries in Cape Town).

✍️ Returns Policy (First Drop)

Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

As this is a limited pre-order capsule, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
